Zero Sum = a binomial decision (right or wrong, true or false = Bi Partisan = Conflict.
"The Golden Rule" explains all our ethics except that we enjoy humor thats funny... but humor thats hurtful to people who can hear... I don't think so.
I believe a team culture of transparency and accountability is the only solution that seems to hold truth... its time we put those items for front in all that we do. no secrets, no strategy to overcome, no acceptance but for zero tolerance for ethics... as the only tie breaker that appropriately holds... but only when the jury follows the "without a doubt" rule based on the information they have. reference UHM current news of CEO verdict.
