Thank you for the reminder that hatred and despair land us in our own hellscape. In my meditation I have been enveloping Trump, et al. In a visualized glowing light of hope and love. It was very hard at first but easier each time. I still have moments of hatred and despair but this practice helps me to control my narrative.
“The wise selfish person takes care of other people.” I like appreciate this idea. We can come from different political perspectives, however we all must respect each other as human with diginity. Thanks for the post.
